Discontinued and Improved Models


We are constantly looking at ways to improve as a company and we constantly receive and action feedback from our customer base. 


Part of this process involves looking at the products that we believe we could improve upon and doing just that. 


If you were hoping to purchase an older model, only to find out it’s been discontinued, the reason it was discontinued is likely because we replaced it with a newer model that has better features or construction quality. 


If you are trying to find your guitar on our website, but can't seem to find it, there are a couple of things you can look at to check what model you have.

If you still have a copy of your invoice, it'll say which model you purchased. 


If you don't have your invoice and you purchased an acoustic guitar, take a peek inside the soundhole. It should say which model it is! You'll see something like this!



Otherwise, you're welcome to send us a photo and we can tell you what product it is and whether it's available!


If it’s not listed on our website, we don’t currently stock it. This doesn't mean it's gone forever, though. We sometimes take products off our website in the process of updating and improving them, to come back up on the site once they're ready!
