Our 100 Day Free Returns Policy Can Be Used to Exchange to a Different Item
All items that are returned under our 100-day free returns policy can be exchanged for different products.
If the product you’re wanting to exchange to has a lower value than your returned item, our team will happily refund you the remaining balance.
If the product you’re wanting to exchange to has a higher value than your returned item, we will create the replacement order and send you an invoice. Once that invoice has been paid, we will dispatch the order.
If the product you’re wanting to exchange to is the exact value of your returned item, then we can happily facilitate that without any money changing hands!
The best way to organise this is to send us an email with your order number, name and reason for return, and we can organise the rest!
