Purchasing a Product through our Website


All purchases made at Artist Guitars are made through our website, with a few exceptions. We sell on websites like eBay, TradeMe and Reverb also, as well as in our showroom for our customers in Sydney. 


Currently, our showroom is closed, as we have just moved warehouses. We will be setting up our new showroom early 2022 and will notify all of our customers when it's open to the public.

Making an order through our website is very straightforward. All you need to do is the following.


First, find the product you’d like to purchase.

If it says “In Stock” under the price, you’re ready to go. All you need to do from here is click “Add to Cart”




From here, click “Checkout Now”. This will take you to the checkout page. 


All you need to do here is fill in all your information, choose your shipping and payment method and click “Confirm and Process Order”




Once this is done, it’ll be processed and our warehouse will promptly pick and pack your order, ready for collection by the shipping company!
