On the support page, select "New Support Ticket"
On the New Support Ticket, provide your email, your order number, an image of the item received, and an image of the barcode label on the box. (Not the shipping label)
This will help us determine whether the issue was caused by our warehouse or by the factory.
Once we have this info we will get a return/replacement organized ASAP!
