Shipping Delays
All orders that are placed with us are usually dispatched within 1 business day. If you place an order before 12pm, that order is dispatched same day. Our warehouse team works very hard to ensure that this standard is upheld, and we do everything we can to make this happen. If there are ever any dispatch delays, we will inform our customers.
We ship using a number of shipping services, most notably, Australia Post (both Regular Post and Express Post) and Couriers Please
These shipping companies work closely with us to ensure that their estimated shipping dates are met to the best of their ability.
Busy periods for retail, such as Christmas, can cause immense strain on the shipping companies, which can result in delays. They do everything they can to ensure that these orders are delivered as promptly as possible, but delays do occur.
