Shipping Orders with Multiple Boxes

When we dispatch orders from our warehouse, it creates what’s referred to as a “Consignment Note”. These consignment notes have the shipping information related to the order, as well as which box it relates to on the order.

While we treat these separate boxes as part of the one order, shipping companies do not.

Each label is treated as a separate delivery. As a result, it’s common for them to get split up in the shipping depot prior to being sent out to your address.

When they are organised at the depot, they are commonly organised by size. The orders are then all dispatched from the depot in vans or trucks to be delivered. Usually, they’ll group items of a similar size together and send them out in a delivery run.

Bigger items, such as guitars, are bulky and oddly-shaped, which makes it very difficult for courier companies to deliver. It's quite common for guitars to arrive later than other items on the order.

The tracking information we send in your dispatch notification will show both parcels and will give distinct tracking data for both.
