Damaged on Arrival? Don't Worry! We've got you covered!


Receiving an item you’ve waited for and are excited to use, only to open the box and see the product is damaged is very disheartening. We understand this feeling entirely. 


If this happens, let us know ASAP. We will 100% cover this for you and get a replacement sent out.


The process would look like this.


Firstly, take a photo of the damage and the box. Clear photos of the damage to the instrument help us a lot with forwarding on to the courier company to inform them that it was damaged.


Secondly, send us an email with your order number, the photo you took and some text explaining that it was damaged in transit.


From there, we will send you a return label or organise a courier pickup (depending on the size and your location) and the item would be returned to us.


When it arrives, we will organise to have a replacement sent out to you.


This replacement still has the standard 100 day change of mind returns policy as well as a 3 year warranty.
