How to Track Your Parcel
Most orders made at Artist Guitars come with free tracked shipping. When the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you should receive a dispatch notification, which has a tracking number.
These tracking numbers will look something like the following
Australian Customers
PSC1234567 – This is an Australia Post tracking number. You can track these parcels here

These tracking pages will show the status of the order, with both companies giving regular updates to the tracking information.
It’s worth noting that some items, typically smaller items like strings and picks, are sent by “Regular Post” which means that they are in an envelope in the regular mail. These items do not have any tracking, unfortunately.
